BROOKINGS – 3M recently held its silent auction as part of the 3M Gives campaign.

This event features a variety of items that employees can bid on. The items, including some favorites such as themed gift baskets and front-row parking spots, allow employees to find unique gifts and support their local community.

This year, more than $19,000 was raised for the Brookings Area United Way. 3M employees are shown giving a check to Brookings Area United Way Executive Director Heidi Gullickson, far left.

“This silent auction is a wonderful event,” Gullickson said. “The Brookings Area United Way, along with our partner agencies, thank those who donated items, those who purchased items, and those who put in all the hours to make it happen.”
